I give many how-to directions on health, meal planning, exercise, cooking, at-home fitness routines, and more light and knowledge than you can imagine to achieve the best you ever imagined! At age 50, I decided to change my life and give myself a second chance. I lost 134 pounds and at age 66, I am the strongest woman at my gym. It's never too late to start your journey!
